📋 Description

• • As a Web Engineer at LemFi, you will play a pivotal role in building the internal operational 'brain' that powers financial services for millions of immigrants across the Global South, enabling secure, efficient, and compliant money movement at scale.
• • You will design and implement high-impact frontend features using Vue.js and Nuxt.js, transforming complex back-office workflows—such as payments processing, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting—into intuitive, reliable tools that empower operations teams to act with speed and precision.
• • Your work will directly support LemFi’s mission to dismantle financial barriers for underserved communities by ensuring that the internal systems driving customer-facing services are robust, scalable, and aligned with global compliance standards.
• • You will own the full lifecycle of web features, from technical design and implementation in TypeScript-based BFF layers to testing, deployment, and production monitoring, ensuring seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services.
• • Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend engineers, you will help shape APIs and data models that balance performance, security, and usability, while advocating for best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• • By embedding AI-assisted development practices and modern frontend architectures into your workflow, you will continuously improve system reliability and team efficiency, contributing to a culture of ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
