📋 Description
- • Defines and manages the interconnectivity of online and offline customer experiences to ensure seamless interactions across all channels.
- • Shapes and owns the product roadmap aimed at optimizing user experience and the full customer lifecycle.
- • Leverages stakeholder inputs, Voice of the Customer (VoC) data, product roadmap insights, and analytics to define and prioritize features that enhance both customer and employee experience.
- • Designs and implements reporting frameworks to track objectives and key results (OKRs) for product development initiatives.
- • Maintains strong collaborative relationships with architects and engineers to deliver and iterate on the product roadmap.
- • Evaluates AppExchange products to identify and address technology or data gaps within the digital ecosystem.
- • Partners with Sales and IT teams to manage and maintain day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- • Conducts ongoing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, using insights to make data-driven recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- • Communicates regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and align on project requirements and implementation.
- • Translates customer journey insights into actionable product strategies and operational improvements.
- • Uses analytical findings to support and influence business goals, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and organizational objectives.
- • Ensures product solutions are scalable, technically feasible, and aligned with best practices in digital marketing and customer experience.
- • Manages project timelines and cross-functional deliverables with confidence in matrixed, dispersed team environments.
- • Documents processes and systems with a focus on continual improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- • Balances technical understanding with business acumen, maintaining a customer-first approach in all decision-making.
- • Works independently within established guidelines while actively seeking direction and feedback to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
