- • Wayground Inc. is seeking a mid–senior level Webflow Developer to own and evolve the company’s marketing website, a critical asset that supports global brand presence, user acquisition, and conversion optimization for a learning platform trusted by 75 million monthly active users across 150+ countries.
- • This role is pivotal in ensuring the website remains fast, reliable, scalable, and conversion-focused, directly impacting marketing effectiveness, growth experiments, and the company’s mission to empower educators and learners worldwide through technology-driven education.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining responsive Webflow pages and components that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of designs from Figma or similar tools.
- • The developer will optimize website performance by implementing best practices for speed, SEO, and accessibility, including lazy loading, image optimization, minification of assets, and proper use of Webflow’s interactions and animations without compromising load times.
- • They will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and growth teams to translate campaign needs into functional web experiences, supporting A/B tests, landing page iterations, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through rapid prototyping and deployment.
- • The role involves maintaining and evolving the Webflow CMS structure, including creating and managing collections for blogs, case studies, team pages, and resource libraries, ensuring content editors can easily update information without developer intervention.
- • The developer will implement and manage integrations with third-party tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and marketing automation platforms to track user behavior, capture leads, and support personalized user journeys.
- • They will conduct regular website audits to identify and fix broken links, accessibility issues (WCAG compliance), broken forms, and outdated content, ensuring the site remains professional, functional, and inclusive.
- • The developer will contribute to maintaining a scalable design system within Webflow, creating reusable symbols, classes, and styles that promote consistency and efficiency across the marketing site.
- • They will stay updated on Webflow’s latest features, updates, and best practices, advocating for and implementing improvements that enhance site performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- • Wayground Inc. is a high-growth, profitable SaaS company backed by Tiger Global, GSV, and Nexus Venture Partners, operating at the intersection of education and technology with a global footprint and a mission to transform learning through innovation.
- • The Webflow Developer will join a collaborative, mission-driven team where design, marketing, and engineering work in close alignment to deliver impactful digital experiences that support educator empowerment and learner engagement at scale.
- • In this role, the developer will gain deep expertise in Webflow as a professional-grade web development platform, mastering advanced interactions, CMS capabilities, and performance optimization techniques used by top-tier marketing teams.
- • They will have the opportunity to directly influence conversion metrics and user engagement on a high-traffic global site, seeing the tangible impact of their work on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand perception.
- • The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with growth, design, and analytics teams, fostering skills in agile workflows, data-informed decision-making, and iterative improvement cycles.
- • Over time, the developer can evolve into a broader front-end or web optimization specialist, leveraging their Webflow expertise to contribute to other digital initiatives or mentor others in no-code/low-code web development best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, high-performing marketing websites built and maintained in Webflow.
- • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement custom code embeds, interactions, and integrations when Webflow’s native features are insufficient.
- • Experience working with Webflow CMS, including creating and managing collections, dynamic content, and conditional visibility for scalable content management.
- • Familiarity with SEO best practices, website performance optimization (e.g., Lighthouse scores), and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and growth teams, translating Figma designs and campaign briefs into functional web pages.
- • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hotjar, or similar platforms for tracking and optimization.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, reflecting Wayground’s status as a profitable, high-growth SaaS company backed by top-tier investors.
- • Opportunity to work on a globally impactful product used by 75 million monthly active users across 150+ countries, contributing to a mission-driven education technology platform.
- • Collaborative, inclusive work culture with close alignment between design, marketing, and engineering teams, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- • Access to modern tools and resources, including Webflow enterprise features, design systems, and analytics platforms, to support high-quality, efficient development.
- • Professional development support, including opportunities to attend relevant workshops, conferences, or training to deepen Webflow and front-end expertise.
- • Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance, consistent with Wayground’s commitment to employee well-being and sustainable high performance.
