- • Own the end-to-end execution of PushPress’s webinar marketing program, including planning, promotion, and post-event follow-up for all live and on-demand webinars.
- • Design and build high-converting webinar landing pages and registration forms using HubSpot, ensuring seamless user experience and accurate data capture.
- • Develop and manage automated email nurture sequences in HubSpot to convert webinar registrants into qualified leads and drive engagement with on-demand content.
- • Create follow-up written content including thank-you emails, recap emails, and long-form nurture sequences that extend the lifecycle of each webinar.
- • Produce companion blog posts and SEO-optimized content that repurpose webinar insights into evergreen assets, increasing organic traffic and lead generation.
- • Pull and analyze webinar performance data (registrations, attendance, conversions) to inform content strategy and optimize future campaigns.
- • Translate webinar insights into blog briefs and content outlines using data from SEO tools and HubSpot analytics.
- • Maintain and update content calendars in Notion, coordinating with internal teams to align webinar topics with product updates and business goals.
- • Ensure all webinar-related assets (landing pages, emails, blogs) are branded consistently and aligned with PushPress’s voice and mission to empower boutique fitness owners.
- • Track and report on key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, and content engagement to demonstrate ROI of the webinar program.
- • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify high-impact webinar topics based on customer pain points, AI features, and industry trends.
- • Optimize webinar funnels by A/B testing subject lines, CTAs, landing page layouts, and email timing to improve performance over time.
- • Manage the post-webinar content pipeline: transcribe sessions, extract key takeaways, and repurpose into social snippets, email threads, and knowledge base articles.
- • Stay current with webinar marketing best practices, emerging tools, and trends in fitness tech and AI-driven SaaS marketing.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple deadlines across marketing operations and creative content production.
- • Be comfortable working within HubSpot workflows and Notion documentation systems to execute campaigns efficiently and maintain organized asset libraries.
- • If interested, have the option to appear on camera for webinar promotions or follow-up content — though hosting is not required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing end-to-end webinar marketing campaigns, including landing pages, email sequences, and post-event content.
- • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot for marketing automation, form building, and email workflow design.
- • Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized blog and email content.
- • Experience using Notion for content planning, project tracking, and collaborative documentation.
- • Ability to analyze webinar performance data and translate insights into actionable content optimizations.
- • Familiarity with fitness, SaaS, or AI-driven B2B marketing environments is a strong plus.
