- • Educate customers on website design services by understanding their business goals and explaining how the company’s team can help bring their online vision to life.
- • Educate customers on search engine optimization (SEO) services by assessing their current marketing strategy and demonstrating how the company’s solutions can expand and enhance it.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current SEO strategies and industry trends to provide accurate, informed recommendations to customers.
- • Use a hybrid sales approach combining inbound and outbound dialing to engage customers who have inquired about products or services, including those via online inquiries, emails, and internal referrals.
- • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to establish or grow their online presence, ensuring a professional and consultative initial interaction.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions in a high-volume, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, customer needs, and evolving digital marketing landscapes.
- • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with small and medium-sized business owners.
- • Communicate persuasively and clearly both verbally and in writing to articulate the value of website design and SEO services.
- • Consistently strive to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive engagement and customer-focused solutions.
- • Leverage AI-accelerated tools and internal systems to streamline customer interactions and improve sales efficiency.
- • Support customers in securing domain names, protecting brands, and managing digital assets with enterprise-grade security solutions.
- • Collaborate with team leaders, coaches, and directors through regular stand-ups, team chats, and MS Teams coaching sessions to ensure ongoing support and alignment.
- • Contribute to a culture of belonging by embracing diversity and inclusion, and participating in company affinity groups and development initiatives.
