- • As a Weekend Care Advisor at Function Health (formerly Ezra), you will be the critical operational linchpin ensuring a consistently exceptional member experience during weekends, holidays, and extended evening hours. This role is primarily focused on backend operations, meticulously executing detailed tasks that guide members seamlessly through the Ezra screening process, while also offering direct, high-touch customer support during these crucial off-peak times. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements, spearheading automation initiatives, and championing operational excellence, all while providing invaluable frontline insights that contribute directly to product development.
- • Your core responsibility will be to manage and execute all backend operational tasks required to move members through the Ezra screening process efficiently and accurately during times when the primary operational team is unavailable. This includes ensuring that all logistical and administrative requirements are met for weekend appointments, allowing the clinical teams and partner facilities to focus on delivering outstanding care.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for Ezra members throughout their screening journey during weekends, holidays, and after-hours. This involves proactively reaching out to members to confirm appointments, gather any necessary missing medical information prior to their scan, and address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve partnering closely with our network of imaging sites. You will ensure that weekend members are correctly scheduled, all necessary paperwork is prepared in advance, and radiology reports and images are promptly retrieved once they are ready for review. This requires meticulous coordination and clear communication to maintain the flow of information and services.
- • You are expected to thoroughly understand and rigorously apply Ezra's standard operating procedures (SOPs). This adherence is crucial for maintaining the high quality of service delivery and for documenting best practices. Your efforts will help ensure consistent execution and a uniformly excellent member experience across all operational hours.
- • A key objective will be to continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency. You will proactively seek out and implement improvements that not only streamline workflows but also significantly boost member satisfaction, making the entire process smoother and more user-friendly.
- • As the main point of contact for members during off-hours, you will be the first responder to any difficulties they encounter throughout their journey. This requires a high degree of empathy, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
- • You will act as the dedicated weekend liaison for any site-related issues that may arise.
