📋 Description

• As a Werkstudent:in in Project Management at Nelly Sweden AB, you will support the team in preparing and following up on customer projects, contributing to the development of Europe’s leading AI-driven Financial Operating System for healthcare.
• Your day-to-day tasks include administrative duties such as documentation, status updates, database maintenance, and coordination of internal to-dos, as well as technical preparation of projects like setting up customer accounts, configuring forms, and verifying system requirements.
• You will join a fast-paced, talent-dense team at Nelly, a Series B-funded FinTech company backed by over €50 million from top-tier investors, dedicated to transforming chaotic healthcare administration into intelligent, automated workflows.
• In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project management within a high-growth SaaS environment, develop your technical and organizational skills, and learn how AI is applied daily to solve real-world challenges in healthcare operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in health sciences, health management, business administration, or a related field
• Work structured, meticulous, and reliable — even with repetitive tasks
• Technically inclined and able to quickly adapt to digital tools
• Clear communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written
• Availability of 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• Nice to have: Prior experience in project management, healthcare, or SaaS environments
