This fully remote, bilingual role is based out of your personal home office and offers a unique opportunity to bridge language barriers and empower a vital segment of the restaurant industry.
- • As a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive, you will be instrumental in converting existing inbound demand and proactively uncovering new opportunities through referrals from our broader sales organization. Your primary focus will be on delivering a tailored, exceptional experience to our Spanish-speaking clientele, ensuring they feel understood and well-supported throughout their journey with Toast.
- • You will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Spanish cuisine restaurants and demonstrating how Toast's comprehensive, end-to-end digital platform can revolutionize their operations. This involves clearly articulating the benefits of our integrated solutions and showcasing how Toast can help their restaurant run more efficiently and profitably.
- • Daily activities will encompass a range of sales and customer engagement tasks, including making outbound calls, sending targeted emails, conducting engaging product demonstrations, meticulously reviewing quotes, and finalizing contracts, all in the customer's preferred language (Spanish).
- • A key aspect of this role is to conduct thorough discovery calls to deeply understand each restaurant's specific needs, pain points, and business objectives. This allows you to effectively position Toast's solutions as the ideal answer to their operational challenges.
- • You will masterfully present product demonstrations, highlighting the seamless integration and synergistic benefits of Toast's various components. The goal is to visually and verbally illustrate how Toast works better together to drive tangible improvements for the restaurant.
- • Crafting accurate and compelling quotes and contracts will be a critical responsibility. You will ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and presented in Spanish, fostering trust and transparency with prospective clients.
- • Post-sale, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition to our onboarding team. This involves setting up both the customer and our internal teams for success, guaranteeing a positive and productive start to their Toast experience.
- • A deep understanding of the competitive landscape within your market is essential. You will analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling propositions of competitors to effectively position Toast as the superior choice.
- • Your exceptional Spanish language skills will be the primary tool for communicating with Spanish-speaking customers and prospects, building rapport and ensuring clear, effective dialogue. 🎯 Requirements
