- • As the West Coast Regional Leader, Business Development at Syneos Health, you will drive strategic growth and market expansion across the Western United States, playing a pivotal role in accelerating customer success within the life sciences industry by identifying and securing high-value partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading business development initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, analyzing market trends to uncover growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, and representing Syneos Health at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries
- • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and securing strategic partnerships
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- • Ability to travel as needed across the West Coast region to meet clients and attend industry events
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
