- • As a WinCap Support Analyst at Harris School Solutions, you will serve as a frontline support specialist for school districts and BOCES across New York State, ensuring the smooth operation of WinCap School Financial Management software with a focus on payroll and HR processes. Your expertise will directly impact the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of critical educational payroll operations.
- • Day to day, you will respond to support tickets and phone inquiries, troubleshoot escalated issues, deliver client training via webinars and user groups, document software issues and enhancement requests, identify when to escalate to development, and improve internal support processes and documentation to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
- • Harris School Solutions is a trusted provider of education-focused software solutions, serving K–12 institutions with reliable, compliant financial and HR systems. The WinCap platform is widely used across New York State school districts and BOCES, making your role essential in supporting educational payroll and HR integrity.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in payroll and HR systems within the public education sector, develop strong client-facing support and training skills, contribute to product improvement through feedback loops, and gain recognition as a trusted advisor to educational institutions relying on WinCap for mission-critical operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, accounting, business, or equivalent related work experience
- • Knowledge of payroll processes, human resource management workflows, payroll/HR support processes, or HRIS systems
- • Excellent customer service and communication skills
- • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment
- • Experience supporting payroll, HRIS, or ERP software applications (nice-to-have)
- • New York State school district or BOCES payroll and HR experience preferred (nice-to-have)
