Workday Extend and Integration Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Workday Extend and Integration Manager on the Human Resources team, you will lead the design, development, and management of Workday integrations and Extend applications, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable HR technology solutions that support Genworth’s mission to empower families navigating the aging journey.
• • You will lead the full lifecycle of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) and Extend applications, including analysis, design, build, test, deployment, and monitoring, while coordinating testing with business users and managing vendor relationships for third-party integrations.
• • You will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business needs, own project management for initiatives (requirements gathering, resource planning, risk mitigation), and ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• • You will drive innovation through automation and process improvement, facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation, perform Workday HCM configurations as needed, and report integration status and performance to leadership to support ongoing scalability and team enablement.
