• • As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd., you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management solutions to support the company’s mission of enabling scalable, safe AI deployment for enterprise clients. Your expertise will directly enhance HR operational efficiency and ensure alignment between technology and business needs in a fast-growing, AI-driven organization.
• • Day to day, you will lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations, conduct requirements gathering sessions with HR and IT stakeholders, translate business needs into functional specifications, configure core modules including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking, collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration, provide end-user training, develop documentation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
