📋 Description

  • As the Workday HCM Manager, you will be the primary owner of Workday at Achievers Corporation, a profitable, scaling SaaS company, responsible for standing up the Workday operating model, hardening the tenant, and establishing repeatable processes during a 24-month contract.
  • Day to day, you will support implementation alongside a trusted third-party partner, build the Workday operating model end-to-end, deliver an impact-focused backlog, run daily Workday administration, lead security-first release readiness, and ensure the tenant remains secure, compliant, and scalable.
  • You will join a forward-thinking HR technology team at Achievers Corporation, which is implementing Workday as its unified global HR system with access to Workday Success Plan (Accelerate) resources for faster adoption and learning.
  • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and governance, develop stakeholder management skills across global HR functions, and leave behind a scalable, secure HR operating model that supports the company’s growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Workday HCM implementations, including Core HCM, Payroll (Canada and global), Talent Optimization, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and integrations.
  • Strong ability to partner with third-party implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, high-quality Workday configurations.
  • Expertise in Workday security models, release readiness, tenant hardening, and ensuring compliance and scalability in a global HR system.
  • Experience building end-to-end HR operating models and establishing repeatable, documented processes for Workday administration.
  • Familiarity with Workday Success Plan (Accelerate) resources and modern implementation methodologies.
