📋 Description
- • The Workday Project Manager role at Strada, Inc. is critical to delivering successful project outcomes in global workforce management, ensuring timely, budget-compliant execution of initiatives that support international payroll and HR technology solutions.
- • Day to day, the person will analyze project data and deliverables, manage timelines and budgets, prepare performance dashboards and reports, conduct weekly and monthly status calls, support cross-functional teams including finance, maintain project documentation, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- • Strada is a global leader in people, payroll, and technology, operating in 180+ countries with a mission to simplify international workforce management through cloud-based, people-first solutions that enable organizations to grow and workforces to perform at their best.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in Workday and ERP systems, strengthen project management and client-facing skills, gain experience in financial coordination and benefit analysis, and grow into a trusted advisor capable of driving process improvements and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a PMO role in a reputed organization
- • Knowledge of Human Resources, Workday, or any other ERP is essential
- • Excellent communication skills and client management capabilities
- • Very conversant with Excel and other tools for data analysis
- • Experience in preparing presentations and management reporting
- • Any graduation or Master’s degree
