📋 Description

• The Workday Senior Consultant - Data Conversion role is critical to ensuring seamless deployment and post-production data conversion delivery for clients across industries and regions, directly impacting workforce management success through accurate, timely system transitions.
• Day to day, the consultant will manage end-to-end Workday conversion activities, lead client discussions on data requirements and validation, mentor junior team members, monitor project risks and resources, and ensure adherence to Strada’s Cloud Deployment Solutions methodology while handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strada is a global leader in people, payroll, and technology, operating in 180+ countries to deliver cloud-based, people-first solutions that simplify international workforce management and enable organizations to grow and perform at their best.
• In this role, the consultant will deepen expertise in Workday HCM or Financials conversions, strengthen project management and consulting skills, gain exposure to diverse client environments, and contribute to improving internal tools and methodologies while maintaining certification and driving process excellence.
