- • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workday Integrations using Workday-delivered tools and platforms.
- • Design, implement, and support Workday integrations tailored to client business environments to achieve desired outcomes.
- • Lead implementation planning, fit analysis, and design sessions to gather and document client requirements for integration projects.
- • Configure Workday systems to align with client workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR and payroll processes.
- • Conduct unit testing and validation of integrations prior to rollout to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance.
- • Provide post-implementation support to resolve integration-related issues and ensure system stability.
- • Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions directly to clients through meetings and documentation.
- • Evaluate new Workday release features and assess their impact on current integrations and business processes.
- • Organize and execute testing and rollout activities for new Workday releases to maintain system alignment and functionality.
- • Create integration solutions for internal and client review, ensuring clarity, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with broader HR, payroll, and technology strategies.
- • Apply consulting skills and packaged solution expertise to translate client business needs into technical integration designs.
- • Ensure all integration activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements across global operations.
- • Support clients in optimizing their Workday ecosystem through continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution.
- • Participate in client-facing engagements to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality service outcomes.
