📋 Description

• As a Workday Time & Absence Consultant (German speaker), you will play a key role in Strada’s Professional Services business group, helping clients achieve success with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking solutions.
• Day to day, you will work closely with clients post go-live to understand requirements, design, build, configure, and test Workday solutions while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior consultants.
• Strada is a global people, payroll, and technology leader operating in 180+ countries, delivering cloud-based, people-first workforce management solutions that enable organizations to grow and workforces to perform at their best.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking, develop strong client and team relationships, contribute to internal capability building through training and mentoring, and drive financial performance by managing multiple client assignments with integrity and self-motivation.
