- • The Workday Wellness Partner Manager leads strategic partner relationships within Workday’s Global Partner Organization, focusing on the Workday Wellness platform to drive benefits innovation and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves building trust with partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, executing complex deals, advocating for partners internally, and delivering measurable business outcomes through strong organizational and communication skills.
- • The team is part of the Workday Global Partner Organization, which values partners as essential to customer success, operates with passion and integrity, and fosters a collaborative, fun, and results-driven culture rooted in empathy and shared enthusiasm.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in strategic partnership management, influence senior leaders, shape go-to-market strategies for a next-generation wellness platform, and contribute to reducing integration costs and improving employee benefits experiences at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in software as a service (SaaS) companies
- • 4+ years of experience in account management with partners or customers
- • Experience in software and ERP sales
- • Ability to frame, structure, and execute large and complex partner deals
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills
- • Ability to engage with executives and influence senior leaders
