- • As a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will play a pivotal role in adjudicating complex claims within the Virginia jurisdiction for a dedicated client. This position requires a deep understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations specific to Virginia, ensuring fair and accurate benefit determination.
- • You will be responsible for analyzing claims, investigating circumstances, gathering essential information, and determining the appropriate benefits due to claimants. This involves developing well-defined action plans to guide each claim toward a timely and satisfactory resolution.
