  • • As a Workforce Analytics Consultant, Employee Listening at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s employee experience strategy by transforming feedback into actionable insights that drive leadership decisions and organizational improvement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and deploying employee surveys, managing listening platforms, analyzing large datasets using Excel and other tools, ensuring data quality, building reports and dashboards, and communicating findings to stakeholders to inform talent and business strategies.
  • • You will join a dynamic HR and analytics team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, a mission-driven organization committed to improving the health and well-being of its members and employees through data-informed, people-first initiatives.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in workforce analytics, survey methodology, and HR technology while gaining exposure to AI-enabled insights tools and influencing enterprise-wide decisions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
