- • The Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making, supporting staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering daily workforce processes such as staff scheduling, timekeeping, attendance line management, and absence administration to ensure operational continuity, assessing staffing needs, recommending solutions, and providing data-driven analysis for optimal resource allocation.
- • The role is part of Humana’s Workforce Management team, supporting the Clinical Intake and Support Medicare Inpatient segment, and contributes to a caring community focused on improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid populations, families, and communities.
- • The person will develop expertise in workforce analytics, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining experience in compliance, service delivery, and decision-making in a complex healthcare environment while working remotely with occasional travel for training or meetings.
