📋 Description

• Working Student in Accounting (AR) role at Amboss Technologies Inc. to support the Accounts Receivable team in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and sending accurate B2B invoices, generating payment reminders, collaborating with sales to resolve discrepancies, processing invoice corrections, documenting meeting notes, and providing progress updates to the Team Lead.
• Amboss is a global learning and clinical decision support tool empowering physicians worldwide, operating in 180 countries with over 500 employees across Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari, driven by a mission to improve medical care through innovative technology.
• The role offers hands-on experience in real-world financial processes, opportunity to deepen accounting knowledge, develop analytical and detail-oriented skills, and grow within a supportive, mission-driven team while contributing to the company’s scaling operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge or studies in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Intermediate level of German proficiency preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in invoicing and error handling
• Adaptability and willingness to learn specific invoicing requirements and regulations
• Availability to work 20 hours per week (preferably 2 full days + 1/2 day)
