- • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of recurring executive meetings including Board Meetings, Leadership Offsites, and Company Townhalls.
- • Prepare and compile materials for leadership formats such as presentations, briefing decks, and communication updates to ensure alignment across executive leadership.
- • Track, document, and follow up on action items and decisions made in executive meetings to ensure accountability and timely implementation.
- • Contribute to strategic initiatives across the company, including market analyses, go-to-market strategy development, and operational process optimization projects.
- • Assist in preparing materials for strategy sessions and steering committee reviews by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data on company priorities and market trends.
- • Conduct ad-hoc research and data analysis to support C-level and senior management decision-making on key corporate development topics.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align on objectives, and ensure transparency in ongoing strategic projects.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of strategic initiatives, leadership priorities, and key performance indicators to enhance organizational clarity.
- • Work closely with the CEO Office and Corporate Development team to ensure smooth operational flow between strategic planning and execution.
- • Adapt flexibly between operational tasks (40%) and strategic project work (60%), with no rigid schedule and evolving responsibilities based on company needs.
- • Participate in internal communication efforts by helping draft messaging and summaries for leadership forums to improve organizational alignment.
- • Engage in high-impact work within a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- • Gain direct exposure to senior leadership decision-making processes and strategic planning cycles at a global business data platform.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
- • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
- • Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills
