• Your impact: Mollie operates every day, and so do our customers. You will play a crucial role in supporting our 7-day operations across Risk Operations and Business Support. This hybrid role gives you direct exposure to compliance and customer service, allowing you to learn fast and make a tangible difference in how safely and smoothly businesses interact with our platform.
• What you'll ship: Drive consistent, high-quality case outputs during every shift to keep operations moving. Maintain excellent QA pass rates and resolve customer issues with speed and precision. Hit and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets to ensure our merchants are always supported. Conduct thorough screening reviews and website verifications to uphold our risk and compliance standards. Deliver reliable weekend phone support and efficiently manage online reputation tasks.
• What you'll bring: Active enrollment in a University or HBO program (bachelor’s or master’s degree). Fluency in both English and Dutch (knowing other European languages is a bonus). Availability and readiness to work weekend shifts. Clear, confident communication skills driven by a customer-first mindset. A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to own your work independently. You are available for 10 hours per week (8 hours during the weekend and 2 hours during the week).
