- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Sharecare’s colleague engagement and development portfolio, transforming high-level culture goals into measurable, scalable programs that reach 3,000+ remote, hybrid, and on-site teammates across the U.S.
- • Design and continuously refine recognition, inclusion, and connection initiatives—think peer-to-peer shout-outs, quarterly awards, ERG summits, and virtual coffee chats—that tangibly lift eNPS, retention, and employer-brand sentiment.
- • Partner with HRBPs, L&D, DEI, and Communications to embed engagement touchpoints into every stage of the colleague journey—from pre-boarding to alumni networks—ensuring each experience reinforces Sharecare’s mission of helping everyone live better, longer.
- • Translate engagement survey data, pulse polls, focus-group insights, and platform analytics into concise narratives and dashboards; present findings to executives and frontline managers, then rapidly iterate programs based on what the data reveals.
- • Architect and execute an annual calendar of live, hybrid, and asynchronous events (e.g., wellness challenges, hack-days, manager roundtables, fireside chats with clinicians) that strengthen community while respecting the realities of a distributed workforce.
- • Serve as the go-to storyteller for Sharecare culture: craft compelling newsletters, Slack posts, intranet articles, and executive scripts that celebrate wins, spotlight colleagues, and invite participation in upcoming initiatives.
- • Build and maintain Sharecare’s engagement tech stack—currently Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, and an LMS—while evaluating new tools (e.g., recognition platforms, VR onboarding, AI chatbots) that could elevate the teammate experience.
- • Coach and upskill people leaders on recognition best practices, inclusive facilitation, and career-development conversations; develop micro-learning modules and playbooks that scale manager capability without adding administrative burden.
- • Establish program KPIs (engagement score lift, event attendance, learning completion, internal mobility) and own quarterly business reviews that demonstrate ROI to Finance and the CHRO.
- • Champion Sharecare’s ESG and well-being pillars by weaving volunteering, mental-health resources, and preventive-care education into everyday workflows, ensuring colleagues feel supported both professionally and personally.
- • Stay ahead of workplace trends—four-day workweek pilots, AI-driven personalization, neurodiversity accommodations—and bring forward bold, evidence-based recommendations that keep Sharecare at the forefront of progressive culture.
- • Foster a feedback-rich environment where every teammate can co-create the culture; run design-thinking sprints, open-mic forums, and retrospectives that turn frontline ideas into enterprise-wide innovations.
