đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Nooks Platform Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily office environment for a fast-growing AI sales technology company, ensuring the San Francisco headquarters operates smoothly, safely, and in alignment with the company’s culture of innovation and collaboration. This role is foundational in establishing scalable workplace systems that support employee well-being, productivity, and connection as Nooks continues its rapid growth trajectory.
  • • You will manage the end-to-end operations of the SF office, including vendor coordination, inventory management, facility upkeep, mail and package handling, front-of-house guest services, and compliance with safety and emergency protocols, while also designing and executing engaging in-office events and initiatives that foster team cohesion and reflect Nooks’ values.
  • • Reporting into the People Operations team, you will partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create a welcoming, organized, and energizing workplace that enhances employee experience and supports hybrid work dynamics, with an expectation of 3–4 days per week in-office (up to 5 when needed).
  • • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in workplace strategy, facilities management, event programming, and operational scaling within a high-growth tech environment, allowing you to build expertise in people-centric operations and contribute directly to the cultural foundation of a scaling startup backed by top-tier investors like Kleiner Perkins.
  • • You will develop skills in vendor management, logistics, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and employee engagement, while also having the opportunity to influence workplace design, improve internal processes, and serve as a trusted resource for employees navigating day-to-day office needs.
  • • The position offers visibility into how intentional workplace design and experience impact talent retention, collaboration, and organizational performance, positioning you to grow into broader people operations, office management, or employee experience roles as the company expands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–5 years of experience in workplace coordination, office management, facilities, or a related role within a high-growth technology company.
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors (e.g., catering, cleaning, maintenance, security) and oversee day-to-day office operations with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • • Experience planning and executing team events, engagement initiatives, or culture-building activities in an office or hybrid setting.
  • • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • • Comfort managing inventory, supplies, and office resources, including food & beverage, equipment, and workplace materials.
  • • Familiarity with workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness protocols, or willingness to learn and uphold them.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, reflecting Nooks’ commitment to fair and market-aligned compensation.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents.
  • • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching to support long-term financial wellness.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays to promote work-life balance and mental well-being.
  • • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development within a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup.
  • • Free meals, snacks, and beverages provided in the office to support convenience and connection during in-office days.
  • • Hybrid work flexibility with an expectation of 3–4 days per week in the San Francisco office, enabling both collaboration and personal autonomy.
  • • Access to a vibrant, mission-driven culture at a company that has powered hundreds of millions in sales pipeline and is trusted by industry leaders like HubSpot and Rippling.
