- • The Workplace Experience Coordinator at Homebase Labs Inc. serves as the primary on-site workplace lead for the Denver hub, ensuring the office runs smoothly, remains welcoming, and supports team productivity through reliable daily operations and thoughtful engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining office readiness by keeping spaces organized, stocked, clean, and prepared for team use; managing front-door access and visitor experience for employees, guests, and vendors; owning meal planning and execution using internal systems while accommodating dietary needs; overseeing inventory and ordering of supplies, snacks, beverages, swag, and wellness items; coordinating with vendors and building management for routine requests; tracking office spend against budget using live tracking tools; supporting office moments and team engagement in partnership with leads; executing new hire onboarding setup including desk preparation and day-one readiness; greeting candidates, providing office tours, and ensuring interview rooms and technology are ready; partnering cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, Recruiting, Finance, and other hub teams; providing proactive communication to reduce follow-up needs; and assisting leadership during office changes such as closures or access issues.

- • The Workplace Experience Coordinator will develop strong operational judgment, gain end-to-end ownership of workplace logistics in a fast-moving tech environment, build cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to a culture aligned with The Homie Way — including customer obsession, fast learning, ownership, craft mastery, and winning together — while gaining hands-on experience integrating AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office operations, hospitality operations, or a similar environment
- • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
- • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make sound day-to-day decisions independently
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft thoughtful updates and keep others informed proactively
- • A warm, approachable, and trusted in-person presence
- • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them to improve daily work
- • Ability to work in person in the Denver hub consistently, based on the needs of the role
