📋 Description

• As the first Workplace hire in Voodoo’s Istanbul office, you will transform a new space into a thriving, culture-first environment that reflects the company’s identity and supports its growth.
• You will own the end-to-end office fit-out, from layout design and space planning to decoration, while building and managing the local vendor ecosystem for fit-out, cleaning, maintenance, and food services.
• You will join Voodoo’s Corporate team, which supports company performance and growth by putting people at the core, working alongside HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance to drive innovation and efficiency.
• You will develop skills in workplace strategy, vendor management, budget tracking, employee experience design, and cross-cultural stakeholder communication, with the opportunity to scale operations as the team grows from 15 to 30+ people.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Workplace, Office Management, Facilities, or a related role, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth tech environment
• Fluent in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Proven local vendor network in Istanbul across fit-out contractors, cleaning companies, and snacking suppliers
• Strong budget management and reporting skills, comfortable owning a P&L line and communicating spend to stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership
