- • Manage global office operations across all company workspaces, ensuring seamless daily functionality and employee productivity.
- • Set up and oversee the establishment of new office locations internationally, including layout planning, equipment procurement, and infrastructure setup.
- • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, facilities teams, and building management to maintain and improve workplace conditions.
- • Administer workplace security systems, including access control, surveillance, and compliance with local safety regulations.
- • Handle all office procurement needs, from furniture and technology to supplies and consumables, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- • Manage workplace logistics, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of office materials across global locations.
- • Design and implement workplace programs such as meal services, snack provisions, and wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- • Ensure all office spaces are organised, clean, ergonomically designed, and equipped to support efficient workflows.
- • Lead continuous improvements to workspace planning, including layout optimization, noise reduction, and environmental comfort.
- • Maintain operational reliability by proactively identifying and resolving facility-related issues before they impact team productivity.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and requests from employees across regions.
- • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align office operations with company culture and growth objectives.
- • Adapt operations strategies to meet local legal, cultural, and regulatory requirements in each country where offices are located.
- • Track and report on operational metrics including vendor performance, budget adherence, and employee satisfaction with workplace amenities.
- • Maintain strong relationships with local service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of office services.
- • Respond swiftly to urgent facility issues such as IT infrastructure failures, power outages, or security breaches.
- • Promote a culture of sustainability and efficiency in all workplace operations and procurement decisions.
- • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating workspace assignments, equipment setup, and access permissions.
- • Stay informed on emerging workplace trends and technologies to continuously elevate the employee experience.
- • Ensure all office spaces comply with health, safety, and accessibility standards in each jurisdiction.

- • 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities, or operations roles
- • Strong organisational and execution ability
- • High attention to detail and operational reliability
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
- • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
- • Hands-on and practical working style
- • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies is preferred
