  • • As the Workspace Community Specialist for Contentsquare's Paris office, you will be the central figure, embodying the spirit and operational excellence of our largest global hub. This role transcends traditional facilities management, merging sophisticated hospitality with meticulous operational execution to ensure an unparalleled workplace experience for our employees, executives, and visitors on a daily basis.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact, the welcoming face and the proactive problem-solver for all individuals interacting with the Paris office. This includes regular onsite staff, remote team members visiting for collaboration or events, and distinguished VIP guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and productive.
  • • A key responsibility is orchestrating the "CSQ Life" onboarding experience, focusing on the seamless physical integration of new hires. This involves managing essential elements such as security badges, conducting comprehensive office tours, and providing a foundational cultural introduction to our global headquarters.
  • • You will be the vibrant voice of the office, actively managing the Paris Slack channel and ensuring the internal intranet is consistently updated with relevant information. This communication hub is crucial for gathering employee feedback, identifying operational friction points, and confidently driving necessary improvements to enhance the daily work environment.
  • • Maintaining a pristine, hybrid-ready environment is paramount. This includes providing essential logistical support for local team gatherings, executive visits, and ensuring the office is always conducive to productivity and collaboration.
  • • You will foster strong global collaboration by partnering closely with key stakeholders across the international Workplace Community team, which spans the US, France, UK, Spain, and Israel. This extends to working with Internal Communications, People Operations, Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • • In terms of Facilities & Operations Management, you will meticulously supervise onsite partners, including building management, food and beverage providers, and storage services. This oversight ensures that all services meet Contentsquare's high standards.
  • • You will manage vendor administration with precision, ensuring purchase orders and invoices are accurately raised, reconciled, and processed in strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • • Access control is a critical function, requiring you to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for security badges, parking access, and visitor registration with the utmost accuracy and discretion.
  • • Ensuring full compliance with French workplace regulations is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will coordinate safety drills, required training sessions, and maintain all necessary documentation. Active participation in CSSCT (ComitĂ© Social et Économique Central d'Entreprise) discussions and diligent follow-up on action plans are essential.
  • • For Events, Culture & Strategy, you will take the lead in preparing and executing a wide range of global and local initiatives. This includes everything from monthly social events and hackathons to company-wide kick-offs, ensuring they are flawlessly organized and contribute to a vibrant company culture.
  • • You will also drive local Culture Crew events and initiatives, empowering teams to create engaging and memorable experiences within the office.
  • • Financial administration is a key support function, where you will assist with Opex/Capex tracking, budget forecasting, invoice management, and expense monitoring in close collaboration with the Global Director of Workspace.
  • • Contributing to our international workplace strategy involves sharing best practices and insights across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and North America, playing a vital role in elevating our global workspace standards and fostering a consistent, high-quality experience worldwide.
  • • Finally, you will provide support for various strategic projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader organizational goals.
