- • Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging—including titles, thumbnails, and metadata—for all Acquisition.com brands (Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, Sharran Srivatsaa), collaborating with Creative Producers and Design to translate briefs into high-performing final assets.
- • Execute end-to-end YouTube upload operations across all channels, ensuring every video passes a complete QC checklist before going live, including scheduling, tags, chapters, end screens, and metadata accuracy.
- • Build and manage a continuous A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles across both new and back-catalogue videos, ensuring all packaging decisions are data-backed and benchmarked against performance metrics.
- • Own YouTube analytics for all ACQ channels, developing and maintaining AI agent-powered workflows for data compilation, anomaly detection, and automated reporting to inform creative, writing, and production decisions.
- • Systematically audit and re-optimize the YouTube back-catalogue using a prioritization framework, tracking compounding improvements in impressions and revenue lift over time.
- • Serve as the primary liaison to YouTube’s Partner Manager, evaluating and rolling out new platform features through a structured test-and-measure approach.
- • Drive measurable business outcomes including subscriber growth, qualified traffic to ACQ Media properties, and direct/indirect revenue contribution to the Acquisition.com ecosystem.
- • Ensure views and CTR are treated as inputs, not goals; focus on downstream business impact including lead generation and monetization across the ACQ ecosystem.
- • Operate with an AI-native mindset, leveraging automation and AI tools for analytics, reporting, and optimization rather than manual spreadsheets or gut-based decisions.
- • Work closely with the Director of Post Production, Design department, and Creative Producers to align YouTube strategy with brand identity, content production, and distribution workflows.
- • Maintain strict adherence to batch production schedules and upload timelines, with flexibility to support production needs outside standard business hours.
- • Document all testing, optimization, and performance results clearly for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous learning across teams.
- • Ensure zero uploads proceed without passing the full QC checklist, maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence across all channels.
- • Contribute to shaping upstream content ideas, angles, and series formats based on deep analysis of YouTube audience behavior and performance data.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years managing, growing, or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel.
- • Deep command of YouTube’s packaging ecosystem: thumbnails, titles, CTR mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior.
- • Strong analytical fundamentals, with demonstrated experience in A/B testing for YouTube content.
- • Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation, or a clear drive to build with them.
- • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent) and G-Suite.
- • Able to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
