📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end guest pipeline for the company podcast, including outreach, scheduling, and ongoing communication with guests.
• Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube content strategies focused on SEO, thumbnail optimization, viewer retention, and engagement metrics.
• Run organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms to promote podcast episodes and branded video content.
• Create branded visual assets using Canva or Photoshop for YouTube videos, podcast artwork, and social media channels.
• Write, edit, and distribute weekly newsletters to nurture subscriber growth and maintain audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including views, watch time, click-through rates, and audience feedback to inform iterative content improvements.
• Manage HubSpot CRM data related to marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Optimize podcast and YouTube content for discoverability, leveraging keyword research, metadata, and platform-specific best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align video, audio, and digital content with broader brand growth objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital content channels.
• Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Ensure all content activities align with and contribute to measurable business growth goals.
• Stay current with trends in YouTube algorithm changes, podcast distribution, and digital content consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source and integrate guest expertise into compelling, shareable content.
• Translate audience insights into actionable content plans that drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
• Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, campaign results, and asset libraries for team reference.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media
• Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast platforms
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
• Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
• Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
