• As a Zippy Guide (Loan Officer) at Zippymh LLC, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the manufactured home financing landscape. Your primary mission will be to guide prospective homebuyers through Zippy’s streamlined, digital loan application and approval process, ensuring a transparent, efficient, and supportive experience. • You will be responsible for managing the entire loan origination lifecycle for manufactured home buyers. This includes taking initial loan applications, meticulously setting clear expectations for applicants regarding the process and timelines, and preparing comprehensive loan files for seamless handover to underwriting and closing teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be paramount in ensuring successful loan outcomes.
• Effective and proactive communication is a cornerstone of this role. You will engage with applicants, real estate agents, and community partners across the United States through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text. • As the frontline representative for risk assessment on new loan applications, you will play a critical role in managing risk. 🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or equity sales.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in relevant states (or willingness to obtain).
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent extensive relevant work experience.
