📋 Description
- • As a Zuora Billing Architect at Veradigm, you will own and optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash infrastructure, serving as the subject matter expert for the billing ecosystem that connects Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, and the Kantata Professional Services Project & Portfolio Management platform.
- • You will design, maintain, and troubleshoot critical integrations between Zuora and downstream systems, ensuring accurate data flow from opportunity to billing, including automating invoicing, payment runs, dunning sequences, and subscription state synchronization.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, and Professional Services teams to support scalable billing solutions that align with evolving business models such as subscription, consumption, and milestone-based revenue.
- • In this role, you will drive system upgrades, enforce data integrity standards, build technical documentation, and evaluate enhancements to the billing tech stack, directly impacting revenue recognition and operational efficiency across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including deep knowledge of the Zuora object model, Order Actions, Rate Plans, and the Zuora API
- • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ, specifically architecting and maintaining the CPQ Opportunity → Zuora Orders integration
- • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- • Experience designing and troubleshooting bidirectional integrations between Zuora and third-party platforms
- • Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue business models
- • Ability to translate complex business billing requirements into scalable technical designs
