- • As an Appointment Setter at Vendelux Inc., you will play a critical role in fueling the company’s growth engine by generating qualified leads and pre-booking high-value meetings for event marketing professionals across diverse industries. Your outbound efforts directly contribute to helping companies maximize ROI on events, conferences, and trade shows through Vendelux’s AI-powered platform, making you a key driver in the sales pipeline and overall market expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on high-volume, high-energy outbound calling using a parallel dialer to engage prospects in consultative conversations, uncover business challenges and opportunities related to event marketing, and successfully pre-book meetings for upcoming industry events. You will manage and track leads in real time using prospecting tools, maintain accurate records of outreach activities, and consistently aim for 20–25 meaningful 2–3 minute conversations per day to meet or exceed activity and conversion targets.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales techniques, sharpen your communication and objection-handling skills, gain deep exposure to the B2B SaaS sales cycle, and build a strong foundation for advancement into senior sales, account executive, or sales leadership positions within a high-performance culture that rewards initiative and results.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of proven success in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets.
- • Strong phone presence and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders, handle objections effectively, and maintain productive, consultative conversations.
- • Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized individual comfortable managing high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude despite rejection.
