- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ecosio GmbH, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, acting as the initial point of contact for potential new customers. Your primary mission will be to identify and engage with prospective clients within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), laying the groundwork for future sales success. This role is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for building relationships and a knack for making a stellar first impression.
- • You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to new potential customers, utilizing a variety of channels to initiate contact. This includes conducting thorough research to identify key decision-makers and relevant companies, and then leveraging social media, targeted email campaigns, and phone calls to generate initial touchpoints and spark interest in Ecosio's innovative B2B integration solutions.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will involve pre-qualifying leads. This means understanding the needs and challenges of potential clients to ensure that Ecosio's offerings in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Web EDI, and e-invoicing are a strong fit for their business requirements. Your ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and assess potential will be key to success.
- • Once a lead is qualified, you will nurture these prospects, building rapport and providing them with the necessary information until they are ready to be seamlessly handed over to our experienced Account Executive team. This handover process is critical for maintaining momentum and ensuring a positive customer journey from the very first interaction.
- • You will also play an active role in shaping our lead generation strategies. We encourage you to come up with new and innovative ideas for identifying potential customers and implementing these strategies in close cooperation with your team lead and colleagues. Your creativity and proactive approach will be highly valued.
- • Meticulous tracking of all activities and prospect data within Salesforce is essential. This ensures that follow-ups are timely and accurate, and that the necessary relationships are built and maintained effectively. A strong understanding of CRM systems and a commitment to data integrity are paramount for this role.
- • The role requires a deep understanding of Ecosio's value proposition and our specialized services in B2B integration. You will become an expert in how our solutions help businesses streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance through robust EDI, Web EDI, and e-invoicing capabilities.
- • You will be instrumental in expanding Ecosio's market presence within the DACH region, contributing directly to the company's growth trajectory. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and build a strong foundation for our sales team.
