• • Client Services Representative - New Accounts at Interactive Brokers LLC is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) based in Chicago, IL, supporting the New Accounts team by serving as a key liaison between clients and operational processing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience during account opening and maintenance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client and sales inquiries about online account applications and documentation, assisting processing teams with client outreach for missing information, reviewing new account documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, cross-referencing databases for AML/KYC compliance, following regulatory requirements and internal policies, and corresponding with clients, sales reps, and internal service teams.
