- • As Director of Field Enablement for North America at Rubrik, you will bridge global corporate strategy with regional execution to drive sales productivity and readiness across the Americas theater.
- • You will architect and scale enablement programs—including onboarding, methodology adoption, and product/AI readiness—to ensure Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners effectively communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions.
- • You will partner with Regional Directors to align enablement KPIs with revenue targets, conduct readiness gap analyses, and translate global initiatives into localized success stories.
- • You will measure impact through data-driven insights using Salesforce, Clari, and Salesloft, tracking quota attainment, win rates, and adoption of new product plays to drive operational excellence.
- • You will lead a world-class onboarding journey that reduces Time-to-Productivity for new hires across multiple time zones and collaborate with Product Marketing to launch training for new features in Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud.
- • You will thrive in a hyper-growth SaaS and cybersecurity environment, leveraging your expertise to build systems and frameworks that drive predictable revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
- • 3+ years of leadership experience managing remote sales teams across the Americas.
- • Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape, including regional business practices and the competitive cybersecurity market.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS platforms; experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a major plus.
- • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to act as the "voice of truth" when presenting to senior leadership.
- • Proven ability to build systems and frameworks that drive predictable revenue as a strategic architect.
