📋 Description

• • As a Salesforce Functional Lead at Nearsure LLC, you will translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and high-quality Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with platform architecture and best practices while working closely with Solution Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading project kickoffs, establishing delivery governance, owning the functional delivery plan across all phases, coordinating solution design, translating requirements into functional designs, partnering with technical teams, running Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, coordinating testing and deployment activities, maintaining documentation, and providing post-implementation support.
