Your work will directly support Lightspark’s mission to make money move like data—enabling instant, secure, low-cost transactions globally—by ensuring the right audiences discover and engage with the company’s innovative payment protocol.
  • • You will own and execute the full top-of-funnel marketing engine, blending creativity with analytical rigor to attract, nurture, and convert high-intent prospects across organic, paid, social, and outbound channels. This role is ideal for a proactive, experiment-driven marketer who thrives in ambiguity, leverages AI to amplify impact, and is passionate about translating complex fintech concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with developers, financial institutions, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • • What the person will do day to day:
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy by conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page content, and commissioning high-value blog posts, technical guides, and thought leadership pieces that position Lightspark as the go-to resource in real-time payments, thereby improving search rankings and driving qualified traffic.
  • • Own and evolve Lightspark’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and emerging platforms by crafting platform-specific content, engaging with industry communities, and growing a loyal following that translates into meaningful sales conversations and brand advocacy.
  • • Design and launch targeted multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn outreach, and intent data to identify and engage key stakeholders at financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise partners, personalizing messaging to address pain points around cross-border payments, settlement speed, and transaction costs.
  • • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, managing budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation while rigorously tracking CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates to determine when to scale winning tactics or pause underperforming ones.
  • • Collaborate closely with the web and product teams to audit and improve landing page performance, refine CTAs, streamline conversion funnels, and conduct A/B tests on messaging, layout, and form fields to increase lead-to-MQL conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
  • • Build and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and BI platforms to monitor KPIs across channels, run structured experiments (e.g., A/B/n tests on ad copy or landing pages), and deliver weekly insights to stakeholders that inform budget allocation and strategic pivots.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or developer-focused technology companies
  • • Proven hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, paid advertising platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation systems like HubSpot or similar
  • • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, content generators, analytics assistants) used to accelerate content production, experimentation, and decision-making
  • • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging for diverse audiences
  • • A strong bias for action—preferring to launch, measure, learn, and iterate quickly rather than delay execution in pursuit of perfection
  • • Comfort and effectiveness in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments where wearing multiple hats and adapting to shifting priorities are expected
