- • As a (Junior) Account Manager DACH at CADIS GmbH, you will drive sustainable growth by building and managing key customer relationships in the transport and logistics industry across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, directly contributing to the company’s expansion and revenue targets.
- • Your day-to-day includes identifying and engaging key accounts, developing tailored sales strategies, managing and expanding the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales quotas, and maintaining accurate CRM records while staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- • CADIS GmbH is an established German software company behind cadis® TMS, a leading SaaS platform for digital logistics management, serving transport and logistics companies with proven solutions that reduce complexity, lower costs, and deliver measurable results, with a growing customer base in the DACH region and a clear path for next-phase growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales within the logistics sector, master consultative selling and negotiation techniques, gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced sales tools, and build a track record of account expansion and quota achievement, positioning you for advancement into a Senior Account Manager role.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on Key Accounts
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- • Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
- • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- • Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time, including short-notice trips
