- • Lead and scale a distributed Commercial Sales team across Australia, Singapore, and India, owning team quota for renewal and expansion revenue in the $25K–$100K install base segment.
- • Operate as a player-coach by stepping into deals, setting execution standards, and driving full-cycle ownership of the customer lifecycle from renewal through expansion in a high-velocity environment.
- • Build and refine the commercial playbook for install-base growth, establish operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection, and balance high-velocity execution with support for complex, multi-threaded deals.
- • Partner cross-functionally with PLG, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering while hiring, onboarding, and developing talent as the team scales from an initial 3 reps.
- • Thrive in a builder-first leadership role defining how New Relic operates across a distributed APJ region, with a focus on driving expansion and renewal within the existing install base.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading commercial or mid-market SaaS sales teams
- • Proven success in full-cycle sales environments, including renewals and expansion ownership
- • Experience operating in high-velocity sales motions with strong pipeline discipline
- • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams in ambiguous or early-stage environments
- • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies
- • Strong operator mindset with the ability to build structure and drive execution
