- • As a (Managing) Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in our Salesforce Service, acting as a Trusted Advisor who goes beyond reactive support to strategically understand and optimize clients’ business processes in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assuming strategic ownership for multiple Salesforce clients, continuously developing their systems, advising decision-makers on equal footing, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, technically guiding consultants in the service environment, and sharing your experience with junior colleagues while contributing best practices from Managed Services to evolve our service offering.

🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in Salesforce Consulting or comparable roles with direct client responsibility
- • Solid Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- • Experience in strategically advising clients and translating complex requirements into concrete solutions
