  • • Own and close new Mid-Market opportunities in B2B SaaS from qualified pipeline through negotiation and signed contract
  • • Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while also building self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, event-driven outreach, and account-based strategies
  • • Run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by developing a deep understanding of each prospect’s event marketing strategy, business goals, pain points, and buying process
  • • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, next steps, and sales forecasts in Salesforce
  • • Represent Vendelux at industry conferences and events to build relationships, generate pipeline, and increase market presence
  • • Drive new logo acquisition as part of scaling Vendelux’s Mid-Market sales motion
  • • Collaborate with prospects to uncover business priorities and demonstrate how Vendelux’s AI-powered platform drives pipeline, revenue, and event ROI
  • • Navigate complex sales cycles involving C-level decision-makers, procurement teams, and multiple stakeholders
  • • Leverage proprietary insights from 250,000+ events to position Vendelux as a strategic partner for marketing and revenue leaders
  • • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a focus on measurable business outcomes
  • • Contribute to building a scalable growth channel by turning event marketing into a data-driven, repeatable process for clients
  • • Engage with event organizers and sponsors to understand first-party attendee and sponsorship data that informs Vendelux’s platform
  • • Utilize Vendelux Meetings to identify high-value attendees and facilitate automated 1:1 meeting bookings at conferences
  • • Maintain alignment with the Head of Mid-Market Sales and contribute to team-wide sales strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • • Experience selling to C-level decision-makers and managing complex sales cycles, including multi-threading, procurement, and negotiation
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • • Hunter mentality with a passion and demonstrated success for securing new logos across new categories
  • • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
