📋 Description
- • As a Mid Market Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within the 300-1,000 employee segment, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining productivity through its AI-powered converged workspace.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, from initial outreach and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close, ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach that aligns with ClickUp’s philosophy of letting the product speak for itself rather than relying on aggressive tactics.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads generated by marketing and inbound channels, conduct high-impact product demonstrations via web conferencing tools, and tailor presentations to address specific business challenges across industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and education.
- • You will manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with prospects, accurately forecasting deal stages in CRM, and collaborating with Sales Development Representatives to optimize lead handoff and conversion efficiency.
- • You will partner with Customer Success and Product teams to gather feedback, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure smooth transitions post-close, contributing to long-term customer retention and upsell potential.
- • You will work closely with Growth and Marketing to refine messaging, test outreach strategies, and improve lead quality through A/B testing of campaigns, segmentation, and feedback loops based on real-time sales insights.
- • You will stay deeply knowledgeable about ClickUp’s evolving feature set—including AI capabilities, task management, docs, chat, and enterprise search—to confidently answer technical and functional questions during sales conversations.
- • You will participate in ongoing sales training, role-plays, and pipeline reviews to sharpen your consultative selling skills, objection handling, and negotiation techniques in a high-performance, supportive environment.
- • You will contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability by sharing best practices, celebrating wins, and helping refine sales playbooks that scale across the mid-market team.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota through net new account acquisition and some account management experience in expansion and renewals.
- • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to effectively engage with diverse customer bases across regions.
- • Experience with SaaS sales cycles, preferably in productivity or collaboration tools, and familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
