  • • As a Mid Market SaaS Account Executive at Goody, you will drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle for the company’s Teams product across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, generating pipeline through outbound efforts and managing inbound leads to close new logos.
  • • Day to day, you will lead discovery-driven sales conversations, deliver tailored demos, partner with Customer Success for seamless onboarding handoffs, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, and surface buyer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Goody’s sales motion as the first dedicated hire, test new approaches, refine processes, and help build a repeatable go-to-market playbook while collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (Mid-Market + Enterprise) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and generating pipeline through outbound efforts
  • • Proven ability to prospect effectively and build a high-quality pipeline from scratch using email, phone, and other channels
  • • Strong discovery and demo skills, including the ability to uncover real use cases and tailor conversations to customer needs
  • • Experience partnering with Customer Success or post-sale teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes
  • • Detail-oriented and organized, with experience using Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, and other modern sales engagement platforms
