  • • As the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the UK, you will be instrumental in driving Writer Inc.'s expansion and success within the enterprise market. This pivotal leadership role demands a strategic and hands-on approach to managing a high-performing team of Senior Account Executives (AEs), focusing on acquiring new logos and nurturing existing enterprise accounts within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver against aggressive yet achievable revenue targets, ensuring Writer Inc. continues its trajectory of growth and solidifies its position as a leader in the AI writing space. This involves not only setting ambitious goals but also actively participating in the field with your team, providing direct support and strategic guidance to close complex deals.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves the meticulous establishment and continuous iteration of robust sales processes. You will be expected to refine every stage of the sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management, overseeing Proof of Concepts (POCs), and ensuring accurate forecasting. The goal is to cultivate consistent, predictable, and scalable revenue generation.
  • • You will be a key player in attracting, hiring, and developing top-tier sales talent. This includes identifying individuals who embody Writer Inc.'s core values of connect, challenge, and own, and providing them with targeted coaching to unlock their full potential. Your ability to foster individual and collective success within the team will be paramount.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product. This synergy is crucial for aligning solutions that deliver tangible business value to our enterprise clients and ensuring a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • • As a senior leader, you will provide regular, insightful sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. This includes owning and reporting on critical operational metrics such as pipeline growth, sales cycle length, and close rates, offering clear insights into performance and areas for strategic improvement.
  • • You will champion and cultivate a high-performance culture within your sales team, characterized by strong collaboration, a commitment to continuous learning, and unwavering integrity. You will lead by example, embodying the positive attitude, sense of urgency, and ethical standards expected from your team.
  • • A critical component of your role will be to establish and personally maintain strong, trusted relationships with key executives at our enterprise client organizations. You will act as a strategic advisor and advocate, understanding their business challenges and positioning Writer Inc.'s solutions as indispensable.
  • • This is a unique opportunity for a builder mentality, where you will have the autonomy to shape processes, influence strategy, and contribute significantly to the company's growth and culture. Your positivity, curiosity, and winning mindset will be infectious, helping to shape the entire organizational culture, especially as we navigate the exciting landscape of generative AI.
  • • You will report directly to the EMEA Vice President of Sales, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where innovation and customer-centricity are paramount. Your leadership will directly impact Writer Inc.'s ability to serve and grow its most significant customer relationships.
  • • The role requires a deep understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles within the enterprise space, with a preference for experience selling into CIO and CMO personas. Your strategic thinking and proven ability to build and lead teams from an early stage will be essential for success.
  • • You will be energized by the transformative potential of generative AI and motivated by the opportunity to work alongside talented Account Executives, driving adoption and value for our enterprise clients.
  • • Your operational excellence will be key in executing a highly prescriptive, value-based sales process that resonates with sophisticated buyers and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • • You will leverage your proven ability to collaborate effectively across the entire Go-To-Market organization, strategizing and executing a unified, cross-functional approach to enterprise sales.
  • • This position offers a chance to be a hands-on sales leader, directly influencing the company's enterprise sales strategy and execution in a rapidly evolving market.
