📋 Description

• • As a Principal Salesforce Systems Developer at Everway Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in evolving the Salesforce platform that supports Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing operations across the business, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• • You will act as the most senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, leading the design and delivery of scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs, while establishing development best practices, guiding technical standards, and mentoring other developers to strengthen team capability.
• • You will work closely with the Salesforce Solutions Architect, Product Owner, Administrators, and Business Analysts to design and implement integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data systems, reduce technical debt, and support the company’s enterprise systems transformation.
