- • The Support Analyst role at DataVoice, a division of Harris Computer Systems Corporation, provides timely, professional, and customer-focused technical support to ensure stable customer environments and service continuity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer support requests, troubleshooting software and application issues, documenting tickets, monitoring ticket progression, escalating complex issues, communicating status updates, partnering with internal teams, supporting maintenance and upgrades, identifying recurring problems, maintaining knowledge base content, and participating in on-call coverage.
- • The team operates within the Customer Support department at DataVoice, reporting to the Director of Customer Support, and supports utility, local government, and public sector clients through integrated software solutions.
- • In this role, you will build deep knowledge of DataVoice products, customer workflows, and support processes while developing technical troubleshooting skills, improving documentation practices, and gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration within a growing enterprise software environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional experience in IT, Computer Science, Business, customer service, or a related field
- • 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, software support, or a related role
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- • Ability to stay organized, manage tickets, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Attention to detail and ability to document technical information clearly and accurately
- • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems and ticketing tools
