- • The Support Specialist provides timely, professional, and customer-focused support for Partner customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while building knowledge of support processes, products, and tools.
- • Day to day responsibilities include responding to customer support requests, troubleshooting software and system issues, documenting issues and resolutions in the ticketing system, escalating complex issues to senior teams, communicating status updates, following support processes, assisting with software updates and testing, maintaining documentation, monitoring tickets, identifying recurring issues, and building product knowledge over time.
- • The role is part of Partner Software, a division of Harris Computer Systems Corporation, a leading provider of mission-critical software to the public sector in North America, serving over 4.9 million customers through more than 190 utilities.
- • The person can develop technical support expertise, improve customer communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience with enterprise software systems, contribute to process improvements, and grow into more advanced support or technical roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- • 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, or a related role
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical concepts and support processes
- • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Attention to detail and ability to document information clearly and accurately
